** Minimum of twenty people required for group rates
** One comp person for every twenty people paid
** Children 12 and under are free when the double rate is paid
** Rollaway beds are $12.00 per night and cribs are $6.00 per night including tax
** Rates include coffee & tea each morning
** Rates include daily maid service
** Group parties and receptions available on request
** Shuttle service available with advanced arrangements Thanksgiving thru Easter
** 20% discount off daily rate for 3 to 5 night midweek stays
** 25% discount for bus driver room
** Weekends are Friday & Saturday nights and must be sold together
** Midweek nights are Sunday thru Thursday with no minimums
** Group rates and policies do not apply during holiday periods
** Change rooms on check out date available on request at no charge
** Check in Time - 4:00pm - Check out Time - 11:00am
** Rooms with private bath and two double beds or one king bed
** Maximum occupancy per room is four persons
** $500.00 deposit due within 14 days of placing reservation
** $500.00 second deposit due by October 15th 2009
** Estimated 50% of total trip cost due four weeks prior to arrival
** Balance due upon arrival (credit cards not accepted for group payments)
** Cancellation date is 30 days prior to arrival for groups
** Room list for group is due seven days prior to arrival
